The Pex and PVC Shear Cutter is designed to help users cut up to 1-1/4 in. of PVC with extra power vs manual shear cutters. The battery in this kit features lithium-ion battery cells, providing the user with up to 1.5X more runtime compared to Ni-Cd counterparts. The battery is engineered to deliver fade-free power for maximum performance. The 18-Volt ONE Dual Chemistry IntelliPort Charger is compatible with all RYOBI ONE lithium-ion batteries and features IntelliPort Technology to maximize the lifetime of your RYOBI batteries. Best of all, it is part of the RYOBI ONE System of over 175 Cordless Tools that all work on the same battery platform.
