Description

• Weld-on barrel hinge is a lift off pivot hinge.
• Available in two finishes: zinc plated and black
• Features a zerk type grease fitting to keep the bearings lubricated.
• The hinge pin is fixed in one of the barrels.

500 lb Model Specifications:

• 4-1/2″ H x 7/8″ W.
• Barrel diameter is 1″.
• Pin diameter is 5/8″.
• For gates up to 8′ wide.
• Leaves a 1-3/4″ gap between the post and the gate after the hinge is installed.

800 lb Model Specifications:

• The Black Model is 7″ H x 1-3/8″ W, and the Galvanized Model is 7″ H x 1-3/4″ W.
• Barrel diameter is 1-1/2″.
• Pin diameter is 3/4″.
• For gates up to 15′ wide.
• Leaves a 1-15/16″ gap between the post and the gate after the hinge is installed.
