Description
Storeroom Function: Storeroom function has 1 cylinder on the outside, and is always locked. This allows free exit from the inside but when you exit the space and close the door, it will lock behind you and will require the key to re-enter, just like at a gas station bathroom.
Communicating Function: Communicating function has a keyed cylinder in both knobs, and both knobs lock or unlock independently of each other, which allows for many different applications.
- A communicating lock allows you to either lock or unlock the outside knob, or lock or unlock the inside knob, i.e., both knobs lock or unlock independently of each other.
- Works great for gates or doors where you may want to leave the inside knob unlocked, or you may want to leave the outside knob unlocked, say, for a yard gate where you are working in the yard or possibly having a party, and you want both knobs unlocked.

- Rosettes are 3″ in diameter and are adjustable for various door thicknesses ranging from 1-3/8″ to 1-3/4″
- Cylindrical housing 2-1/8″ diameter provides great strength and durability
- Internal mechanism heavy gauge cold rolled steel. All parts are zinc plated and dichromated to assure protection from rust or corrosion. Special lubricant applied for smoother operation.
